Two Day Corporate Leadership Development Program – Is your organization prepared to meet the demands of the fast-paced, ever changing global economy? Cooper, author of The Other 90% "We have more hidden intelligence than we ever knew.  The dinosaurs of the future will be those who keep trying to live and work from their heads alone. Much of human brilliance is driven less by the brain in your head than by newly discovered intelligence centers -- now called 'brain two and brain three' -- in the gut and in the heart. The highest reasoning and brightest ingenuity involve all three of those brains working together."  The other ninety percent that Robert K. Private Sessions - By appointment only, late afternoon, evenings or weekends.. Half-hour through two-hour sessions can be arranged. Sessions are customized to your specific needs.  You may work with your own horse or work with one from the Elysian Fields herd.

Half-Day Energy Fields and Setting Boundaries Overview - Learn about the latest in the innovative field of equine experiential learning including an equine guided activity. This workshop is a four hour introductory session (snacks & drinks provided) – $80 per person, class size limited to six. Classes forming for morning, evening and weekends.

One Day - Horses as Teachers Introduction – Learn what horses have to teach us as you experience non-verbal communication, boundary setting and learn how to interpret emotions as useful information. This workshop is an eight hour session (snacks & drinks provided)  – $100 per person, class size limited to six. 

Two Day – Horses as Teachers Part II – Strengthen your natural intuitive gifts and ability to live authentically.  Experience active round pen sessions designed to aid in relationship building.  This workshop is two eight hour sessions,  (snacks & drinks provided)  – $200 per person, class size limited to six. 

Three Day – Horses as Teachers Part III – Strengthen your natural intuitive gifts & ability to live authentically.  Experience active and reflective round pen sessions designed to further your sense of self and strengthen relationship building skills. This workshop is three eight hour sessions,  (snacks & drinks provided)  --  $300 per person, class size limited to six. 

Four Week Progressive Track – Sessions forming now for a progressive four week program meeting two evenings per week for two-hours per session.  This workshop series includes a progression of equine facilitated experiential learning experiences incorporating innovative equine activities including meet the herd, reflective meet the herd, reflective grooming, energy work, active round pen and more.  The workshop meets weekdays or weeknights depending on the needs of the participants (snacks & drinks provided). $400 per person, class size limited to six.
